Managing Director & Company Owner
David’s role is to oversee the Day to Day activities of the Business, provide a Technical backup to the Staff and Technicians, experience and certification has been gained in Oil, Gas, LPG, Solar and Heat pump design and installation as well as extensive knowledge within the Home Heating market.
David’s Experience spans over 40 years within the industry, having spent the last 33+ years within Senior Management, 21 of which has been with Shelford Heating, and instrumental in Creating a one stop Heating Company with the emphasis placed upon Reducing Carbon Emissions and Improving Energy Savings in the Home.
David is Gas Safe Registered, Apprentice trained as a Plumbing and Heating Engineer, Qualified in the design and application of Renewable energy systems such as Biomass (pellet) and Air Source Heat Pumps.
Communications and Administration – Director and Company Owner
Angela joined the company in 2015 to head up and oversee our HR Department, Customer Service Communication, and Health and Safety which will involve the development of our systems and procedures – ensuring we deliver on Service and Quality to our clients. Angela will work closely with the Team bringing her wealth of experience as an experience Administrator and Secretary with a focus on Customer Service.
Installation and Technical Manager
Sam is the first person you will come into contact when seeking to have Installation works such as Gas Boilers, Oil Boilers, Oil Tanks, Bathrooms and Renewable Energy Installation such as Air Source Heat Pumps.
Sam started with us as a 16 year old Apprentice in 2008, learning his trade to become the Installation and Technical Manager leading Several Teams of Installation Engineers all Qualified to undertake the required works to Gas safe/OFTEC/MCS Standards.
Sam learns every day and enjoys the challenge of Technical Problems associated with Heating and Plumbing.
Customer Service Supervisor
Jo is our Customer Services Manager and has been with us for over 10 Years – responsible for the Day to Day Activities of our Service Technicians ensuring they arrive at your property as agreed/planned for Annual service and maintenance Calls as well as Emergency Response. Jo has spent the majority of her Career working in Plumbing and Heating dealing with all aspect of Administration and Coordination of our Technicians.
