Communications and Administration – Director and Company Owner
Angela joined the company in 2015 to head up and oversee our HR Department, Customer Service Communication, and Health and Safety. Angela is a Director and Owner Operator.
Angela’s main focus is support to the admin team, but mostly deals with our financial transations.

Installation and Technical Manager
with 18 Years of Service Sam is the first person you will come into contact when seeking to have Installation works such as Air Source Heat Pump, Gas Boiler, Oil Boiler, Oil Tanks, Bathrooms and General Technical Issues.
Sam is full of knowledge, love’s a technical problem and is always on hand to support our technicians

Service Manager
Jo is our Customer Services Manager and has been with us for over 13 Years – responsible for the Day to Day Activities of our Service Technicians ensuring they arrive at your property as agreed/planned for Annual service and maintenance Calls as well as Emergency Response.

Evie Randall
Customer Service Advisor (Installation)
Evie has joined us, and will be supporting Sam in adminstrating the Installation that we complete ensuring compliance with our recognised bodies such as MCS, OFTEC, Gas Safe and APHC.
This will be Evie’s First Full time Job since leaving Education – a challenge she is looking forward to.

Clare one of our newest member of the Team, but historically someone known to so many of our Customers. Clare has joined us having previously worked alongside us at Shelford Energy or shelford Petroleum days prior to our management buyout in 2011. Clare had given over 30 years Service dealing with Fuel Delivery to Home and Business throughout the region.
We look forward to Clare adapting to the change.
