Our Office Hours of Operation are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm
Calls received outside of this period operate automatically, allowing all customers to leave a message for action on the next normal working day, or at set times allow to be transferred to the emergency on call engineers.
Our engineers operate from 8.30am until 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
All our calls are recorded.
We will not be providing services on a Saturday, Sunday or any bank holidays in the year.
Priority is given to existing customers at ALL times, and no guarantee is expressed in being able to respond, but we always endeavour to do so.
