Shelford Heating can fix those problems for you, in the main most Heating problems can be put right within an Hour of us attending, we carry in stock many hundreds of parts to enable us a very high first time fix, however we can’t possibly carry every Boiler part in stock, so we have excellent response time from many major suppliers with many parts delivered within 48 hours, this ensures we keep you warm.
Our Procedures are Simple, Call us with your problem and we will arrange for an Engineer to visit, same day in most instances if you call before 10am, We will diagnose and rectify the fault and if any special parts are required, we will arrange delivery to our offices and reschedule an appointment with you to complete the works
We Believe our Charges reflect our Abilities, Customer Care and Willingness to react fast. we charge based on a fixed amount for the first 60 minutes on site, with additional charges applied every 15 Minutes thereafter.
Some works such as a Vent Oil Line will be based on the first 30 minutes on Site, with additional charges at each 15 minute after the base time.
