*Product must be fitted with a Grant Vortex Mag-One magnetic filter or equivalent specification filter

**Product must be installed between 18th April 2016 and 14th April 2017. Product must be fitted with a Grant Vortex Mag-One filter.

In order for a product to be eligible for the extended guarantee, in addition to being fitted by a G-One installer, two other principal conditions must be met:

Vortex oil boilers, Aerona heat pumps, and Grant biomass boilers must also be fitted with a Grant Mag-One filter (or equivalent/higher specification filter)

All Grant products must be registered via the G-One Portal within 30 days from the date of installation.

All other components installed come with a minimum 12 months parts and labour warranty, this does not affect your statutory rights

Heating Systems that we Install using the Viessmann Range of Gas Boilers come inclusive of a 5 Year Parts and Labour Warranty on the Boiler only, this can be further extended to 10 years for a small fee and is advised by Viessmann separately.

Important Information

Only approved Companies Certified with the Correct Trade Bodies such as OFTEC, CORGI, Gas Safe and APHC, Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) can Install Commission and Certify Installations for Building Regulation Approval, the exception being the Local Building Control Authority who will for a nominal charge undertake this, providing the Installation has been Commissioned by Competent Persons.

Having an Installation completed by a non-approved company, who then employs a competent company is not accepted
